Monthly Insight Emails

Heads Up Rules have been one of the best-kept secrets in Actionstep for years now. With this release, they are now able to be set on a monthly basis unlocking the ability to be used for monthly reporting on your business.  You can have a Heads Up Rule for Task Lists, Financials, Matters Info or many other things!

Default Additional Notes

You can now customise a message that will appear in all your invoices, with a quick update of a new field. You will find this under the Invoice Defaults on the Billing Settings

Document Versioning

Actionstep have released a light touch document versioning feature to all Practice Pro and Enterprise systems. This release is MVP for document versioning and will allow users to see previous versions of documents, who created that version and when. Users will be able to then download that version. They want to continuing building on this feature so please submit any and all feedback. See here for more details on how it works.

Update to Consolidated Bill Templates

Actionstep has created a new default consolidated billing template in every system. Unlike before, this template will allow a user to have the billable items in the bill broken down by each matter. You can download a copy of the consolidated bill template to do some testing by clicking here.
