Client Account Consultant.
In this role you will be responsible for working closely with our clients to get to know them, understand their needs and help them get the most out of Actionstep, NetDocuments, Mitimes and Xero, the software platforms we partner with.
What is involved in this role:
Building strong relationships with clients

Undertaking and coordinating client projects

Providing advanced technical support
Software Success Consultant.
This role will be responsible for providing day to day support to our clients on their questions relating to Actionstep, NetDocuments, Mitimes and Xero. These are the products that we partner with and provide support to our clients on their questions relating to the software platforms we partner with.
What is involved in this role:
Respond by phone and email to support enquiries
Investigate customer issues and escalate to a subject matter expert in the team if necessary
Manage client communications on queries to ensure they are kept up to date
Maintain the knowledge base and client ticketing system
Conduct web-based training sessions for clients on the systems as needed
Grow, develop, maintain and strengthen with existing clients to ensure they are getting the most out of their software
Training and Development Consultant.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing our Learning Management System and producing the content stored within it. You will also work closely with our project team to coordinate project training plans and run most project training sessions. You are a key part of the team with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
What is involved in this role:
Prepare, coordinate and execute training delivery
Set standards for delivery of training to clients, monitor training delivery and support other team members to train to these standards
Manage our Learning Management System (LMS) content
Work with project teams in understanding specific training requirements on a client-by-client basis
Work with our Client Success and Support Team to identify and provide adhoc training to clients as needed
Drive and run internal training for our team on systems and policies
Software Implementation Consultant.
This role will be responsible for transitioning clients to the right software solution for them, including Actionstep, NetDocuments, Mitimes and Xero. These are the best of breed software products that we partner with and provide support for.
What is involved in this role:
Meet with newly signed clients to gather requirements and kick off their project
Conduct web-based and onsite meetings with clients as part of implementation engagements
Perform web-based and onsite training sessions
Develop and update training documentation and videos as required
Investigate advanced customer issues and co-ordinate resolution with the rest of our team
Account management with existing clients to keep them up to date and engaged
Process Automation Consultant.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering end to end process automation projects for our law firm clients. Strong problem-solving skills are essential as our projects are customised to deliver solutions that meet individual client requirements. The role offers an opportunity to work with a wide range of tools to solve our client’s automation challenges.
What is involved in this role:
Liaising with clients regarding potential automation opportunities
Confirming client requirements, documenting solution design specifications and scope of works
Researching how various software APIs work and how the automation can be developed
Build the solution using tools available in the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure
Facilitate user acceptance testing of the solution
Conduct web-based and onsite training to the end users of the solution
Provide post go-live support for the solutions
Data Migration Consultant.
This role will require you to use your data analytics skills to assist with data migrations on our implementation projects.
What is involved in this role:
Conduct data analysis and migrations using our migration tools
Investigate and implement ways of improving the data migration process in conjunction with our software development team
Meet with newly signed clients (with the project team) to gather requirements and kick off their project

Power BI Consultant.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing bespoke Power BI reports and dashboards for our law firm clients. Strong problem solving and time management skills are essential as our projects are customised to meet each individual client’s requirements.

Develop Power BI reports and dashboards
Liaise with clients to scope reporting requirements
Develop data models within Power BI and Azure
Configure Azure services for hosting of client solutions
Providing support and training for client staff
