VERLATA NEW ZEALAND - JOINING FORCES WITH MARK GREENSLADE

We are excited to announce a merger between New Zealand based Cloud Professional Solutions and Verlata Consulting. This will enable Verlata to offer greater levels of service to the New Zealand market. Cloud Professional Solutions will now be trading as Verlata.

We welcome Mark Greenslade from Cloud Professional Solutions to the team, who will head up the New Zealand office. Mark brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the areas of practice management, specifically Actionstep, and strategic consulting. He has been working with law firms on integrating technology into practice for 15 years.

Verlata is a NetDocuments and Actionstep partner, attaining the highest certification across consulting and implementation services for both platforms. Unlike most in the legal tech space, Verlata staff have extensive experience working in law firms, so we understand the unique nuances and complexities in this field.
