The people at Verlata are incredible, hard working, committed and fun! I have so many people to call on for advice or assistance. Someone is always available to lend a hand. The working environment the directors create enables me to work flexibly and I am trusted to manage by own time. They are also so very proud of the business which makes you want to work hard to achieve great results for clients, build a strong reputation and to help grow the business further.
For me I feel there is a lot of personal growth available at Verlata. I have always felt very pigeon holed in previous jobs with no room to develop other skills. That is not the case now.

Our hard working team is one of the best things about working at Verlata. Everyone gives 100% and offers to help out wherever they can. Verlata also fosters a love of learning and upskilling - they haven't said no to me yet when I've hit them with "can I learn how to do that?"
The team culture and staff morale is second to none. I can't say I have ever woken up looking forward to a days work prior to working with the Verlata team.
I have honestly never seen a team culture like this one - the way we all get along and support each other is unheard of. It's like working with 30 of my closest friends every day.

Flexibility, the independence in managing my work is great. The director trusts me on my daily tasks without the need to constantly checking in if I’m doing my work. I don’t think I’ll ever want to work in the office again in the foreseeable future.
Compared to previous jobs I feel much more in control of my own destiny, which made me feel more responsible for the things I do.
Even though we work remotely, but the bonding is amazing. The team is very supportive and always makes sure that I don’t have to carry the load alone. Whenever I have questions/issues someone always immediately jump in to help.

I like the team spirit and managerial support. Despite everyone working from home most days, it is a super collaborative environment.
The lack of both micromanaging and gatekeeping really fosters a growth mindset where you feel nurtured. In comparison to other jobs I have worked where teams were sometimes micromanaged down to each hour of the day!
Our team culture is so Wholesome! It really is. Everyone is always happy to help and eager to pass on knowledge/experience.
